How To Submit Your Artwork
We accept electronic images by disk or as e-mail attachments. The images may have either a high or low-resolution for our initial consideration. You may also send prints; however, we cannot guarantee that they will be returned. If you have a website featuring your work, you may send us a link and make your submission that way. If we would like to license or purchase your artwork, we will contact you with a proposal. Although we often have strict timelines for production, these dates are subject to change. So, you may want to check this webpage periodically for updates or contact us directly to see if it is too late to submit your work for a particular release.
Please keep in mind that you must be prepared to submit signed model releases for any photography that you submit. These model releases must include a date of birth verifying that the model was 18 years of age or older at the time the photographs were taken. We will not license or purchase any photography that cannot be accompanied by a valid model release. We also prefer that a copy of a valid photo ID accompany these model releases. If you are not collecting this information as you create work, we strongly recommend that you begin doing so. We can provide a model release for reference purposes only. You must consult with a lawyer to ensure the validity of any model release you obtain for images you license to us.
We receive countless submissions throughout the year and we try our best to respond to everyone in a timely manner; however, this may not always be the case. Sometimes, we may not respond promptly because we are waiting to see if we can use your work with another upcoming release, which it could possibly be more fitting for. Our artistic requirements change month-by-month depending on the marketplace and what is being requested from our retailers.
We recommend that you browse our wholesale website listed below to familiarize yourself with our products and each brand's style. If you have any questions or need some direction during your submission process, please feel free to contact us. We look forward to receiving your submission.
